TRUFFLE, THE KING OF AUTUMN. FIVE QUICK AND EASY RECIPES
Truffle really is the king of autumn thanks to its intense flavor and scent. A product that comes from the earth, loved and appreciated by all palates, even the finest. To celebrate autumn and its most precious gifts, we propose you five simple and quick recipes to enjoy the taste and aroma of Fresh Truffle.
1 – Truffle Tagliolini
Nothing is easier and faster to cook than a good plate of Truffle Tagliolini. Cook the pasta until al dente, drain and sauté in a pan with butter (even better if you use our truffle butter!) and Parmigiano Reggiano, then slice fresh truffle over the pasta. Delicious!
2 – White Truffle Bruschette
For a quick and easy starter, toast slices of bread until golden, rub on the bread a little white truffle, then salt the slices and sprinkle with a good extra virgin olive oil. Slice some fresh white truffles on the bruschetta and enjoy your creation!
3- Truffle Tartare
A refined dish, but easy and quick to make. Get a cut of tender meat, such as beef fillet, and chop finely. Season the meat with oil, salt and pepper, then serve and finish by slicing plenty of truffle over the plate.
4 – Soft Omelette with Truffle
Beat and season the eggs with salt and pepper. Melt butter over low heat and pour the egg mixture into the pan. While the eggs are cooking, mix them mith grated or sliced truffle. Continuously move the omelet to enhance its creaminess and to avoid overcooking the eggs. Turn off the heat when the omelette is almost cooked and serve: the residual heat will finish cooking the eggs while maintaining a creamy and unique flavor!
5 – Marinated Mozzarella with Truffle
A peculiar dish, but extremely fast and with a fresh and inviting taste. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices, and marinate them for a few minutes in a mixture of salt, oil (preferably truffle oil and truffle salt) and grated truffle. When the mozzarella cheese has absorbed all the flavors, drain the excess oil and serve the mozzarella with plenty of fresh truffle slices. Enjoy!
