One day they saw a majestic oak tree towering on top of a hill and decided to stop to look around. They found beautiful and fragrant truffles immediately and for all the days to follow, thanks to the florid hill.
AS THE YEARS WENT BY THE YOUNG TRUFFLE HUNTER BECAME A BUSINESS COMPANY AND IT IS TODAY ONE OF THE MOST SIGNIFICANT REALITIES OF UMBRIA.
This company now is called Colle del Tartufo and its simbol is an oak tree, to honor that magic place that gave so much to Giuseppe and his family.
From the flourishing lands of Umbria arise our truffle farms, real "oasis" that allow us to offer our customers only the best fresh product, from which we also get a large part of our prestigious preserved products. Born on abandoned lands, our truffle farms originate from the passion of our founder and the will to give value to our territory, to honor the history that inspired us to create our brand.

Through daily inspections we constantly check up the plants’ health, in order to identify and naturally cure any kind of illness that may undermine the quality of our product. This way, we can guarantee our customers a quality certified product.
